At Life Changing we are here to help you change your eating habits in a way to support healhty weight reduction.
We will focus on correct portion sizes and ensure that you are eating the correct balance and right type of foods; for example, healthy fats and low GI carbohydrates. If you get these things right, there is no need to calorie count.
Compared to other Weight Loss Camps we don't believe in restricting your calorie intake to less than 1200 calories. A low calorie intake will not only put your body into starvation mode resulting in increased body fat storage but will also massively reduce your energy levels and leave you feeling damn right miserable. At Life Changing we want you to enjoy your time with us and increase your energy levels so that you can get the most enjoyment and benefit from your training. We will provide you with regular healthy snacks throughout the day.
