Each day starts at 7:00am with a stretch and wake-up session followed by breakfast.
You don’t need previous experience of these activities and all sessions will be adapted to your level of fitness.
All sessions provide an excellent opportunity to overcome your fears and test your physical and psychological boundaries in a safe and supportive environment. We will only encourage you to participate in activities you feel comfortable doing. |
